I think we should create a Menu classifer, instead of like an error handling to the Live agent classifier. So, we can trigger it if there's an error, but also if the user asks something like "What can you help me with?" or "What services do you provide?"
We can then start the conversation by triggering this Menu also, and whenever there's an error we can re-prompt this menu to the User.
Not sure if its an error we can fix.. or we need to add more training keywords to the Cohere classifier, but when searching for an article it used the Googlesite search and not EBSCO.
