This primarily addresses the addition of a VS2015 project. As part of that the following changes have been made.
1) New sub-directory in Menge/projects: VS2015.
2) Menge's dependency has moved from SDL1.2 to SDL2.
3) Menge's direct dependency on libpng has been removed.
4) Fixed various bugs (see release notes for 0.9.1).
