The signal from LM is too weak! #7

Dear sir, I am using Blink_Linux for GWAS. I encountered an error message saying "The signal from LM is too weak!" The command I used is '/work/home/blink_linux --file /work/home/snp --vcf --gwas --out blink'. How could I solve this problem? thanks blink
