Great app, it's nice to see an extension of our team project!

You should consider ensuring the labels of the graphs are human-readable (remove the '_' from the axis titles).
The pie chart indicates multiple room types labelled by letter (A-F) however, it is unclear what these labels mean. What is a room type A?

Awesome app Mengjun, I have a few points of feedback for you!

The app takes super long to load, which might be because of a memory or loading issue as the dataset doesn't have that many rows that it should be this slow.
Instead of having 3 different plots on one page, you could maybe add tabs that switch the plots since the, then user can interact with each one more and see each one more clearly. Overall amazing app and I enjoyed reviewing it!
