PCSX2 1.7+ support #1

Hello,

I wanted if it's possible to support PCSX2 1.7+ for Gran Turismo 4 Mem Mode. It seems to be broken for PCSX2-QT. No gear box change.

Hello,

PCSX 2 1.7+ changes the way memory is managed. I´ve tried to use 1.7 memory addresses into Anyshift, but base memory changes everytime you launch the emulator. I will try to find a workaround.
