Stupid Question About Connecting My Switch to My Android Phone #92

Sorry if this is pointless but Google sucks when it comes to tech stuff. I know this sounds really stupid and may not be possible but is there any way I can use my PC as a middleman to connect my phone to the Switch? I would use my PC as a way to inject payloads but seeing as I cannot install the necessary driver in order to use the TegraRCM-GUI application, I cannot. (Further explanation: Who would possibly have admin rights on their school-provided PC anyway?)

If anyone knows if this is possible, please let me know how. If not, sorry for opening an entirely new issue for such a pointless thing.

The point of this app is to not need a PC. You would then directly inject your payload via your phone to your switch. It would be almost impossible to have a middleman. Hope this helps.
