I would encourage to take up startup if the opportunity is promising. There is huge learning curve and be ready to work real hard, learn and slog, as that the price you’ll be paying upfront for your future growth.
Same applies even if you join a MNC however, the chances of learning and making an impact may/will not be high in a MNC
