Server Launch Pauses PERMANENTLY at: [TF2ITEMS] "GiveNamedItem" offset = 486 #136

when I try to start the server, alls going well and then the console just freezes at this line: image my guess the offset number needs a little update, but I dont know WHAT to update it to. I installed EVERY addon listen in the guide, literally everything listed. I know this has something to do with the tf2.items.txt located in gamedata, but I still haven't found a way to fix it after literal hours of trying. Here's the current tf2.items.txt im using, in-case it's needed for the resolvement of this issue: image

if you use steamtools remove it and make sure sourcemod are updated
