Redundant `idea/...` in .gitignore

Is there a reason for multiple folders to be included? You can probably just do idea/* to ignore everything inside the folder with the .gitignore

Good point, I think it was just whatever editor I was in adding it themselves. Will change sometime

I am working on the help cog and I'm currently looking at everything that could be improved, I'll try to fix it
