When attempting to run the quiz command in dm's it fails due to missing perms, this is intended although the error message should possibly be a little more helpful to point the user to run the command within a guild.
Either:
Point the user to run the command in a guild
Or:
Let them run the command in dm's but make sure to tell them they can't get a role for it
