Fix translation, Support asset update zh-rcn #9

Bug, app didn't show assets in zh-rcn sometimes. Fix, find some string in the values and app show assets ok. (this is not strings.xml problem, may be mobile not clean. Try several times sometimes ok.)

Fix, translation bitcoin to rvn and some chinese titles. Add, many translation for new asset app. Kawwwww

bug, can't see ipfs.... checking...it shouldn't be this file problem...

I found I used old ver. Goto https://github.com/RavenProject/ravenwallet-android and get new ver ok. I close this and pull to new ver later...
