Right Click -> View on YouTube #67

Streamus should play nicely with YouTube and not try to be the de-facto end-all source. People still want the ability to go check things out on YouTube.

When clicking this button the Streamus player should pause so you don't have two copies of the same video playing and the youtube link generated should start the video at the same time the player was at. Eg: http://youtu.be/RvA3q0ZU-NQ?t=55s takes you to 55 seconds in
