Some more issues from the Revelations testers that I assume are not fixable in a sane way

Entering custom stages acts as a floor skip, making Planetariums more common
Ascent in general

Do you have an example/experience of how you would use this to manipulate Planetarium chance? I toyed with it and it seemed to have some effect, just not sure what the exact usage would be.

run it based on how many floors away it is from whatever floor is replaced and you increment that many to the chance
