Ranked war filter for stats estimates doesn't work on reload. #676

Our filters aren't designed to have 2 filters on a single page. This should be resolved. It also appears like the regular war stats estimates populates ranked wars.

Fixed in e6ec34e2e172 and 01a9b52de468f03ce4534a477215fe43e01c4a11.
