Hide certain threads from the forums

I like how we can block all posts/threads from certain users. But sometimes I don't feel the need to block a person entirely, but just don't want to see that specific thread pop up every time it gets bumped. Solution: Add an option to hide threads based on thread ID instead of the person who started the thread.

In the next version, you'll be able to ignore single threads.
