Company Employee Addiction not highlighting after trains.

hi, as a company director, when i go to the employee section to do the training, it highlights the one with addiction below a certain level but when i do my first train it then doesnt keep highlighting the person with the addiction level. is there any way to make this person stay with the red highlight? thanks
