added https://what-the-f.de/ to optional permission in manifest.json
added wtf to api.js following the given examples
added wtf as provider in extension/scripts/features/revive-request/ttReviveRequest.js following the given examples
added wtf as option for revive provider in extension/pages/settings/settings.html
added wtf to extension/pages/settings/settings.js following the given examples

i am not sure, what happened to team.js, that github thinks i changed the whole file. just added myself to it. please give me an info if i have to do something on this...
