Macros in Stdlib #103

Would be nice to get macros working in stdlib, as it's very annoying not being able to use basic stuff like if and or.

Specifically not a priority for v1, as (a) this only applies to developers of GDLisp, not end users writing code, and (b) I think it's going to be a pretty involved fix.
