Entity Set and Game Event Listener features? #65

Origins 1.12 got the entity_set power type and its many children actions and conditions centered around the data tracking. Origins 1.11 got the Game Event Listener power. Having these features in earlier versions of Minecraft like 1.20.1 (which is Origins 1.10) would be extraordinarily beneficial for the Origins I'm trying to create.

I'd be down to add these, but Origins may be getting an official 1.20.1 backport at some stage according to eggohito, so I'd want to wait before I touch anything like this.
