a question regarding the temperature parameter #27

Hi @prihoda ,

Thanks heaps for developing such an invaluable tool for the community. When mRNAid calls RNAfold, does it use the default temperature? If I am gonna use mRNAid to design vaccine mRNA, do I have to select a specific temperature?
