Recreating HAMD17 data

I can't seem to recreate the r2rtf::r2rtf_HAMD17 dataset. Here is what I did:

• Download MBSW2011_example.zip from the DIA working group on estimands and missing data page.
• Load the data set chapter15_example.sas7bdat using haven::read_sas().
• This gives me a data frame of 608 rows and 11 columns, while r2rtf::r2rtf_HAMD17 has 831 rows and 6 columns.

Did I download the wrong dataset, did the dataset change from source, or was there any special post-processing applied?

In general, it would be ideal to use the data-raw/ approach to preserve the origin story of package data.

Ah, I see: I should download high_low_datasets.zip and the dataset to load is high1.sas7bdat.
