USB interface not working correctly #11

Picked up while testing prototype.

PC <-> FT232RL appears to be working fine - tested by using FTDI programming 
software.

FT232RL <-> AVR not working - garbled text reported to PC with test sketch, 
correct bit rates at both ends.

Fixed issue, was incorrect fuse settings

used fuse settings:
L:0xE2 H:0xDA E:0x3F
