Dumping some high level concepts here, quick jaunt.
Aquatic - Shriving Basin - consumes aquatic goo to remove enchantments from equipment in exchange for weird goo. Mechanically no different from a grindstone, but can be automated. Chromatic - Flowering Gyre - A sprinkler attachment. Fitted to a tank, distributes chromatic goo in a small area and causes flowers, specifically to grow nearby. Crystal - Edifying Basin - Exchange crystal goo to repair item durability, circumventing anvil costs. Decay - Rending Slab - A decay-fueled artifice that harms any living being that makes contact with it. Bears its owners damage, whoever placed it. Earthen - Aftershock Slab - "Unpowered" half block, destroyed when mined, sends a wave of crushing force in the direction it was destroyed, breaking [configurable] depth of [size x size configurable] blocks behind it. Energetic - Jump Jet - A controlled explosion cushioned by slime launches entities that step on it upward at great speed. Faunal - Pheromonal Trough - Animals near [configurable range of] it will approach and feed from the faunal reservoir to either 1) grow into adults faster or 2) to engage in breeding, provided the animal counts are within [configurable] bounds. Floral - Seeding Gyre - Like the Flowering Gyre, a sprinkler. Consumes floral to hasten nearby plants growth rates. Fully grown plants will be re-sown and their drops will fall to the ground. Fungal - Sporing Gyre - The last of the sprinklers, consumes fungal goo and decay goo to grow mushrooms around itself. Honey - Royal Dispenser - Fills bottles with Royal Jelly, expending regal and honey goo. Royal Jelly is a food that has excellent saturation and gives the imbiber a burst of short-lived healing. Logic - Soporific Infuser - Hostile entities in its vicinity will be placed into a placid state, as if struck by logic goo, at the expense of, somewhat obviously, logic goo. Logic 2 - Helping Hand - A mechanical arm with forceps, powered by logic goo. Detects specific machines states to interact with them, such as pulling food from hotplates, filling royal jelly bottles, or removing equipment from shriving, edifying and primordial basins. Metal - Mailbreaker - Expends metal goo to manifest an iron pike jutting from its open face. The iron spike can break blocks and creatures alike. Molten - Hotplate - Expends molten goo to cook whatever is on top of it, provided it is food. Food can become charcoal if left unattended. Primordial - Primordial Basin - A bit like the crystal basin, but instead of repairing, returns the item to a younger state. Removes the enchantment level of the item while retaining its enchantments, for a price in primordial goo. Radiant - Solar Converter - When struck with direct sunlight, transmutes a small amount of any goo into radiant goo. Regal - Beacon of Want - Expends a small amount of regal goo to attract nearby entities to its location. Slime - Bounce Pad - A permanent slime splat effect. Jumps on the slab will be enhanced, and landing on the pad from any height will not deal fall damage. Snow - Winter Wick - Consumes molten goo to consume nearby cold things, leaving behind their not-cold counterparts in exchange for creating some snow goo. Snow is consumed directly, while ice is "wicked" into water. Snow golems can stay though. Vital - Vita-Chamber - Paired device which consumes vital goo to heal whatever stands between two plates. Injured creatures will flock to it naturally. Has a less benevolent effect on the undead. Weird - Gateway-Chamber - Paired device which consumes weird goo to transport whatever steps through it to another pair of Gateway chamber slabs. The placement is fickle - they have to be placed in straight lines of one another, and can only move horizontally. Weird 2 - Covetous Collector - A shulker box warped by weird goo, which draws up any nearby items and collects them automatically. Consumes weird goo to fuel its collections.

change name of current item "Basin" to "Vessel" to make room for the block, Basin.
Goo sprinkler, consumes goo to provide a goo-specific effect to a area around it. (Chromatic, Floral, Fungal)
Goo basin, submerge items in goo to manipulate the item based upon what goo you're using. (Aquatic, Crystal, Primordial)
Goo trough, animals can drink goo from it (Chromatic [Already used for bees], Faunal)
Goo obelisk (formerly beacon), has a larger radius of effect then sprinkler but has more potion-effect like behaviours (Logic, Regal)
Goo chamber, requires a entity to be inside for the effect (Vital, Weird)
Goo pad, has an effect for entities that are on top of it (Decay, Energetic, Slime, Molten)
Make blocks [machines, utilities] that utilize a goo theme for every goo type to expand the content-theme scope to do more stuff in world. Designs TBD
