The contact links are now in consistent style.

include/contact.inc:

StackOverflow link is now [mercury] instead of here.
Rosetta code link is now inlined.
Added a link to the GitHub language filter: https://github.com/trending?l=mercury

I accidentally rebased although it was already pushed, so closed in favour of: #8
