Once in E-Halcyon can I update the chrome version? Also how do I install linux it keeps getting stuck? #64

Hey! I have been using this for a day or so and everytime I try to install linux it gets stuck at like 25% and when I check my storage it goes up and down in storage amount, like it's hanging. Is there a fix known?
