I understand the intent of this PR and it's a good idea in theory but I still want to allow the flexibility of non circle icons, so I personally am going to pass on this. @Endercass @Percslol thoughts?

Maybe as a setting? Rounded icons do definitely look better, but the point of anura is to have control

yeah i agree, its better if its a setting instead of just being blindly applied to all apps
