This looks good but I have performance concerns, could this be made optional in settings? Like a disable blur option?

I know it was blurred before but since this PR manages blur it would be nice to take it care of here

It looks like this commit has a partially built (the temporary files are still there) version of rootfs, can you delete those files?

Accessibility settings in Anura would be a great feature.
