Return to Children screen after adding Child #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add new Child to System
2. Select "Save"
3. System stays on Edit Child screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be a "Return to Children" button or something. ATM, we have to click 
"Cancel"

Fixed. made it so when you select Save it returns to children screen
