What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter to date and from date
2. Make from date BEFORE to dat

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No error appears, should be error

fixed in r243. now automatically sets the from date to the to date if you go 
past the to date. and the to date to the from date if you go past hte from date
