Add r-universe URL to DESCRIPTION to enable search #117

Currently searching "volcalc" on r-universe turns up nothing. This is a known issue and just need to add the r-universe link to DESCRIPTION. See https://github.com/r-universe-org/help/issues/446

This can obviously change if volcalc every makes it onto CRAN
