Add to r-universe #12

Even if the package is not on CRAN, you can simplify installation by adding it to r-universe. It could go on the cct-datascience r-universe (https://cct-datascience.r-universe.dev/) or you could create one for the Meredith Lab. I'd be happy to help when the time comes.
