Skip tables #70

Add option to ignore tables when performin sync. Requires geodiff with https://github.com/MerginMaps/geodiff/pull/182 and Python client with https://github.com/MerginMaps/mergin-py-client/pull/147.

Temporarily contains commits from #69.

Fixes #62.
