Change windows versions to 1.9.0 due to unstable build #301

Changed references of Windows release to point to 1.9.0 as 2.x builds are currently unstable on Windows

I would prefer to communicate this in the download area of github or just do not attach 2.x versions if they are not stable. If we change it here I am afraid it will stay here forever :(
