redirect privacy policy #429

prepared to fix #427 https://merginmaps.com/docs/misc/privacy/ removed from the docs, sidebar and landing page

What needs to be checked: Redirects added to the REDIRECTS as https://merginmaps.com/docs/misc/privacy/ https://merginmaps.com/privacy-policy/

However, as it points to a page that does not start with "https://merginmaps.com/docs/" (as required by the redirects file), it might need to be differently - in that case, this PR can be ignored :)

@varmar05 @mostlyAtNight this is non-usual redirect, not sure how to treat it.
