work-package sync gives "rebase" error on second work-package #27

Hi, hope all is well!

When creating a single work-package with a subset of the data all works well.

When creating 2 work packages, the initial creation works. After a single edit in each work package I run the python script again and it fails with the following error: image

It seems that the issue arises when more than 1 work-package has been edited. If I edit either "FutureFarm1" or "FutureFarm2" and run the script it works correctly, but not if I edit both and run the script.

Does not seem to be an issue anymore.
