Urgent: Photo uploading problem #136

Colleagues are mentioning there is a bug in uploading photos. They told me Friday but I thought I wait until Monday in case it is a small thing that resolves by itself. They are saying the problem is still there. The problem is described by Habtom as: "I am having problems of uploading images. I tried several times to upload a page Acknowledgements in the Dictionary of Ethiopian Christianity ... I saw it uploaded this morning during our discussion but then it disappeared... tried several times but to avail. Thank you" and as described by Matija:

"The image (and the rest of the data) appears only after several attempts (while being on the Create page). (In my case now, after 3 or 4 failed attempts)"

For me to reproduce this it is good to provide the image that is failing please.

I tried some random picture and it seems to be working?

Thanks. Just asked my colleague again. Matija is saying now it is working and maybe it was a bug.

Habtom is saying the following: . Having problems with uploading of the images: sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Furthermore: after you upload the images, you see them uploaded but this is not always the case. Sometimes you think they are not uploaded because you don’t see them appear, but after you press “save”, or “save and continue editing”, then you are thrown out to the List of books... then you go to Edit and sometimes you see the files uploaded and sometimes not...

The problem with such an evaluation is that its hard to reproduce. Kindly add the faulting images.

One example is the latest publication "Communication Skills Among Couples"

Okay I found the publication but now I need the picture

Okay I try edit and yes i found the bug now i need to solve it

I believe I fixed this for uploading files in the create / edit view. Not sure if it works from navigate and then files..
