Check scrape by looking at the Author lists

If you have time you can check the scrape by looking at a the list of authors and see if some things have not been scraped well.

The comma at the end of the name is probably already fixed but needs to be checked during or after the scrape.

In many cases the original name of the FA is not scraped properly.

Thijs can check the db and the fixture (JSON) after Mergpijp is ready.

There is an issue with some FA where is a vitae (bold) header. In these case the literature section after the vitae header is not yet scraped.

Some issues:

• in the latest version there are still some issues concerning missing works and literature records for FA's author_name and dates. It seems that something goes wrong with the ca. part in the date.

- maybe we should store the complete lemma somewhere in its entirety, in affiliation? Will help Bert when correcting the information contained in each lemma
