This is more difficult than I thought...since the legacypipe depends on astrometry.net which is hard to install on any cluster (I tried...on tiger with no luck).
Will see if I can bypass it....Looks difficult, since it requires the wcs object defined in astrometry.net.
For now I can just try to grab the COSMOS catalog locally.
We could also try to use the PS-1 catalog in LSST format.
- It is based on HTM pixellization, and depends on lsstpipe
