Capturing process can be started w/o any recording software running #93

After starting the ReplayDirector there is no validation whether a capture software is running which could result it doing the whole analysis and capturing but not being able to create a video file afterwards.

Solution approach:

Implement a possibility to configure which recording software is used (program selection dialog)
verify wether process / program is running
If not running start the recording program
