gmsv_gatekeeper causes invalid Steam ID error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put gmsv_gatekeeper on a updated GMod server
2. Start server.
3. Attempt to connect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should allow people to join.  But instead is generating an error and causing 
people to be disconnected with "invalid Steam ID" error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest gmsv_gatekeeper.  An updated GMod server.

Please provide any additional information below.
The OB update probably broke it.  As it was working fine before.

Correction: The module isn't actually causing the rejections.  Its a script 
that depends on the module.  However, all incoming users' Steam ID are showing 
up as "STEAM_ID_UNKNOWN".

gk_force_protocol_enable 1
