Tmysql crashes on gmod update 149 #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add file to lua/bin
2.require it
3.Start the server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For the server to start, except it crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest from nov 4 on windows server 2008 r2

Please provide any additional information below.
