[Feature Request] HeatVent support #203

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There's a new block for Heat Vents that could use some properties, similar to lights. It has min and max colors though, so probably needs a directional typed handler. The block type id is "LargeHeatVentBlock". Not sure what the script type is for this yet.
