Create a 'how to run this code' document #1

People would more easily be contribute to this project if you give them instructions on:

  1. How to get and set up an emulator
    • which version of the language is this?
    • which machine should we emulate?
  2. How to run the code on that emulator

Tutorials on how to write BASIC are obviously beyond the scope of this repo, but you can (and should) help the casual or super-lazy (I am both!), and get them started.

I think a README.md file is required for each 80s game language, the magazine I'll be uploading these from has more than just BBC Micro. I'll focus on typing up the other BBC Micro games at the moment.
