fix: update devDeps to avoid vulnerabilities #48

remove 'tslint-stylish' as it has been deprecated due to the fact that a stylish formatter has been added to the list of core formatters for tslint.

I don't have the bandwidth to maintain this library anymore. Would you like me to add you as a collaborator here and on NPM, so you can take over?

Alternatively, feel free to fork and maintain a separate repo, in which case I'll deprecate this repo.
