Extensions 2a, b, c should resume at step 2 not 3.

The user has to re-request to link whereby the link is not done yet.

This is a typo issue.

Reason for disagreement: The severity should be low since this typo affects the meaning of the use-case significantly. A VeryLow tag to this issue would mean that the typo is purely cosmetic which it is not.
