Despite having included changelogs for Android, they don't seem to be included in the listing.
I seem to recall seeing an issue saying that the r0adkll/upload-google-play action wasn't working for others on this as well.

Perhaps we can use the dart google apis to upload builds with the changelog instead of the github workflow?
