I already commented on this on the closed #23, but I thought maybe I should open a new issue for it.
Right now the year selection slider goes by calendar year. I would like to suggest that it should go by season instead.
For instance, say you pick 1995. You ought to see 29-6 appear highlighted in red, because it first occurred in the 1995 season. But in fact you don't see it appear at all, because it first occurred in the calendar year of 1996. Similarly, one ought to see 30-11 as green, not red, because it first occurred in the 1994 season. But instead it appears as red, because it first appeared in the calendar year of 1995.
This could perhaps also apply to the "show year" display as well -- the years shown there could be adjusted to show the season year, not the calendar year.
