My initial time estimate of this task is 8 hours.

Spent some time reading up and practicing using Vue JS. I got an updated version of the Books API from Maria for testing. I haven't successfully pulled pulled the data from the API yet. I've spent 5 hours so far on this task.

I've completed the design of the Admin Portal using Bootstrap-Vue, which provides the most extensive implementations of the components and grid system of the most current version of Bootstrap(V4), when using Vue js. The design is simple and responsive and I think will cover all the requirement necessary for the UI, give or take a few features that can be added or removed later. I'm able to pull data with the API provided by Maria, but I'm still in the process of trying to neatly format it within my design. I'm having a bit of a struggle with that. I've spent between 15-20 hours so far during this sprint.
