I have a question about your result Is the accuracy in the code representing the prediction results for individual beat labels?

Accuracy is for whether we correctly predict the beat as healthy or abnormal, so there are only two classes. Accuracy is calculated over the cumulated confusion matrix across all patients and 10 repeats per patient.
