"Send Max" Button #33

Adding a "Send Max" button in the sending tab would be nice so you don't have to calculate amount - tx cost yourself :)

This issue relates to https://github.com/Meshbits/pirate-chain-ios-wallet/issues/30, so must be doable easily :)

Implemented the flow to send max amount excluding fee.
